The Coronet
BRIDGE and the Institute on Aging worked together to develop The Coronet, a new mixed-use senior living facility. The first floor and half of the second-floor house the Institute on Aging’s state-of-the-art senior-services facility. Above that, The Coronet offers 150 affordable apartments for seniors. This community not only provides easy access to healthcare and other services which allows residents to age in place and continue living independently. But it is also conveniently located near public transportation and retail along Geary Boulevard in the Richmond district. 53 of the apartments are filled on a referral basis.
